  • Savings deposits, Current deposits, term deposits, recurring deposits, special recurring deposits pigmy deposits for children, recharges and various bill payments. Many more services coming soon.
  • Its very simple. One should have a valid Aadhaar card as proof of ID and Address.
  • Then one can use his valid PAN card as his proof.
  • No. One cannot become a customer if he doesn’t have any of the basic identity and address proofs. 1MONEY™ Intends to introduce “SMALL CUSTOMER” by clicking a bright selfie of yours in good day light condition with white or blue background and selecting “SMALL CUSTOMER” tab in the registration page. As a “SMALL CUSTOMER” you have limitations such as depositions not exceeding 2,000/- rupees (Two thousand only) and total credits not exceeding rupees 5,000/- rupees Five thousand only. Since this is a cashless and paperless Platform, there won’t be any withdrawals. One can only transfers are allowed within the Platform.
  • YES. 1MONEY™ allows and exercises PAN card and AADHAAR card as primary and Standard KYC DOCUMENT and other set of proofs as secondary KYC Documents to become a valued customer of 1MONEY™. Based on the demand, necessary steps will be taken to consider and accept other forms of proofs to become customer.
  • Without valid KYC the customer is limited to transact upto 50,000/- rupees fifty thousand only and total credits not exceeding rupees 1,00,000/- rupees one lakh only. With Aadhar& PAN as KYC a person can transact without expenditure limitation. A person with PAN can avail Maximum transactions and benefits with no applicable limits under a complete cashless platform.
  • 1MONEY™ requires your proof of identity and address as a part of KYC [know your customer] requirements to know and serve the best of financial services to the customers and comply with standard kyc guidelines as mandated by regulatory bodies and statutes.
  • Surely you can. In the address tab you can manually enter your present address in Delhi for communication purpose and verify your aadhaar card or pan card online. Efforts to integrate online Aadhaar and PAN modification is in progress and real time integration to ease customers user experience will be updated shortly.
  • One can avail the 1MONEY™ financial services by Web, Android and IOS application.
  • Yes. After the successful registration one can avail 1MONEY™ services by the means of SMS, USSD and IVR facilities of 1MONEY™ using a basic phone in the prescribed form.
  • After successful registration one should enter his present credentials of his utilities such as RR number or meter number or corporation number to get regular bills or updates in digital form or by sms. Every month his or her utility bill comes in the way of sms for which he can pay by replying to the sms in the prescribed form.
  • Its simple. One can log into his database and edit his credentials in the setting sections and can update his new utility number which immediately gets updated into the utility centre database. A sms will be sent to you as a confirmation of changed credentials for confirmation.
  • As a customer of 1MONEY™ one can make all his cash based transactions using his Aadhaar card or PAN card or his smart phone without cash. Payment services in smart phone is allowed by QR code scanning. For card based transactions one can give his Aadhaar or PAN card in any mercantile establishments for payment of his bills or any other cash based transactions. As a proof of your authenticity the merchant will verify your id and will click a pic as a proof of your physical presence at the time of payments.
  • As a receipt of payment, a sms is generated immediately after a payment is made which is a digitally stored into your database with the details of your purchase and tax applied for the purchase. This can be anytime accessed by logging into your deposits.
  • One can load in deposits from any available credit or debit card of any bank. RTGS & NEFT and wire/net transfer with standard applicable charges by various banks are also few means of depositing into 1MONEY™. Widely available Government centres and selected business centres can also be used for depositing money into 1MONEY™. One can even deposit using agents/Automated teller machines of 1MONEY™. One can even link salary or credits to 1MONEY™ directly.
  • It’s very simple. To open any desired deposits, you need successfully register to 1MONEY™ in the web or application mode. One can select savings deposit by using Aadhaar card issued by UIDAI as id & address proof which also becomes your ID number for all the further operation in 1MONEY™.
  • One must and should select M/s and enter his details as mentioned in PAN card of the entity to open a current Deposit. A person already owning a savings deposit may also open a current deposit by logging into his database and selecting add A/c as Current deposits. In this case one’s saving id will be his Aadhaar number and Currents id will be the PAN number of the entity.
  • No. Its mandatory for everybody to have PAN card of entity for opening of Current Deposits in 1MONEY™.
  • The access to the desired services will be denied. His correct credentials will be recorded by the verification portal and will be under scrutiny over a fixed period of time for his activities.
  • No. one cannot open same deposits using two different ID proofs. But one can open additional deposits using PAN card within the settings of savings database.
